PwnageTool is tool which let update firmware without affect iPhone unlocked. This tool has been released by iPhone Dev Team, again thanks for their job.
Note: At this moment this tool is only avaliable for Mac, but they promised that as soon as posible they will release for windows version.

If someone has this behavior in his or her iPhone, the unique solution that I know is go to recover mode and re-install all again and use ziphone for unlock your iPhone.
This is a bug provided when you change your ssh password with firmware 1.1.3 and 1.1.4. So don’t do it!!!
